Location.

We had stayed 4 nights, but the following were not made or offered: 1. Towels were not changed throughout the duration. 2. Bin was not collected or emptied for the whole duration. 3. No cleaning was made during our stayed. 4. Heat wave happened during our stayed; however, fan was not provided or even offered to us. 5. Some cabinets were dusty on our arrival; hence we need to clean them by ourselves.

Central location, friendly staff, quiet room.

No food served.

The hotel was convenient for access to the centre of Truro.

The room furniture is somewhat tired. Carpets could be cleaner and the communal corridor needs to be redecorated.
