"Good for a short stay"

Nice room, nothing fancy but comfy. Good bed and excellent en suite shower. Very central location in the heart of Truro and easy walking distance to shops and places of interest.

No breakfasts available and the pub isn't a very nice one, but adequate for a budget stay for a few nights.

"an immersion in the capital of Cornwall with welcoming people and splendid nature"

A quiet place surrounded by greenery. Even though it's above a completely silent pub,

we did not agree on daily cleaning of the room

"Perfect location"

Location was perfect, next to the lovely cathedral. Room was nice and clean, same as the shower in ensuite. Nice and easy access to the pub back garden from our room.

We would have liked a bit more powerful lighting in the bathroom.

"Ideal location and a comfortable place to stay"

Nice modernised pub with hotel standard rooms, ideally situated in the centre of town and right next to the cathedral. Our room was modern, spacious, clean and comfortable, the bathroom also large and modern with a big walk in shower. Lots of good eating places and pubs a short walk away. The pub has a riverside terrace which is a very pleasant place to sit out on a warm evening.
