Norfolk Arms

This hotel was also a restaurant and pub in a historic building just off a main square in Glossop. The room was very comfortable and clean and it was a bonus having a pleasant pub downstairs (we didn't eat at the restaurant but it definitely seems popular). The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Since we arrived on bicycles and needed to store them safely, the staff took the time to open up a locked storeroom for the bikes and then gave us detailed instructions on how to retrieve them in the morning.

I'm not sure if this is a problem with the property listing or with booking.com, but the location shown on the booking.com map is wrong and shows a location on the wrong street. We had a difficult time finding the hotel and had to ask a local for assistance.

Functional and effective. Great addition of fan. Would use again.

Staff a bit unfriendly

Lovely staff, location fantastic, spacious clean room.

Another good stay at the Norfolk Arms while visiting Glossop for a family party. Clean and spacious room. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

An event in the town centre was using the pub car park, so no parking facilities on the day which we were unaware of.

Never been to Glossop before and what a lovely village. Staff at hotel very friendly and helpful.
