El entorno es una auténtica locura. Estás en medio de la nada, rodeado de montañas enormes y verdes totalmente integrado en la naturaleza. El Hotel en sí es espectacular en cuanto a la decoración, instalaciones y trato. El desayuno incluido es bastante completo. La cena que hicimos estuvo bien, un poco más cara que en otros sitio, pero por el lugar merece la pena pagar un poco más. La backery que tienen en frente también es un espectáculo de variedad y calidad.

A wonderful hotel in a perfect location. Very Dog friendly which made it super easy to travel with the pets. The service was great and the food portions were large - perhaps too large but better than too small! Our room was perfect with a beautiful 4 poster bed and stunning mountain views from two aspects.

Having stayed at The Clunie Inn before and enjoyed what felt like a genuinely charming and authentic Highland experience, this visit was particularly disappointing. The experience fell below our expectations, especially given the premium prices charged. The food was inconsistent throughout our stay. The chicken biryani was enjoyable, but the vegetarian biryani was dry, lacked flavour, and contained very little filling. Breakfast was also disappointing. The move to a buffet-style service appeared to have affected quality, with cooked items seeming dry from standing on heated plates. Not freshly cooked, this type of service is what you would expect if this was a package holiday, not a quaint inn. The accommodation also failed to justify the cost. The room felt small for the price paid, and the en-suite bathroom was particularly cramped. The small double bed made for a less comfortable night’s sleep, while poor soundproofing meant we could easily hear neighbouring guests. There were also signs that maintenance was being overlooked, neglected outdoor areas our room looked over thistles and generally quite unkempt. Most noticeable, however, was the change in hospitality. The service felt impersonal compared with previous stays. Check-out was brief, just a Thankyoy when i handed the meys back no interaction and no enquiry about our experience. The warmth and genuine welcome we had previously associated with the inn was missing. The atmosphere has also changed since the change of ownership. Much of the Highland charm and character that once made the inn feel special appeared to have been lost. Instead of feeling cosy and authentic, it felt more commercial and less reflective of the local character that had drawn us back in the past. Considering that accommodation, food, and drinks cost over £700 for a single night for three people, we left feeling the experience represented poor value for money. The overall quality did not match the price being charged.

Welcoming ! The staff was kind, helpful, engaging and went out of their way to make us comfortable.

Excellent location to stop off on the way back to Glasgow from further north. Very friendly and helpful staff

Friendly staff, wonderful breakfast buffet, great views.

Room was small, reception did not mention all the seating areas that are available for relaxing.
