Excellent friendly and professional staff Lovely room, with very comfy beds and bed linen. Most welcoming and friendly place we've stayed with the dogs. They were given a doggy gift bag on arrival. The room was situated near the dedicated off lead enclosed outdoor doggy space, plus lots of other outdoor areas to use. Breakfast was exceptional, with a good offering of hot and cold food with plenty of tea / coffee. The dogs were also made welcome to come with us in the dining area.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ein Traum. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Abendessen war richtig gut. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

Erst wurde uns ein wirklich schäbiges Zimmer angeboten, laute Kühlanlagen standen direkt vor den kleinen Zimmerfenstern. Es war nicht nur die Sicht völlig gestört, man schaute nur auf das Dach mit riesen Lüftungschächten, sonder es war auch ein Höllenlärm. Das Zimmer sollte nicht für 383,00 Euro pro Nacht angeboten werden. Das ist dreist. Nach meiner Reklamation haben wir dann ein wirklich schönes Zimmer bekommen. Trotzdem hinterließ diese Aktion ein ungutes Gefühl.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was comfortable with an amazing view over the countryside. The bathroom was warm and the towels large and fluffy plus plenty of toiletries (unexpected so a real treat). The kitchen rustled up a quick snack for us after a late arrival; it was delicious and we wish we had ordered more. Breakfast was very good - plenty of choice from fresh fruit to croissants, cooked items and plentiful fresh coffee. Nice dining room too.

Would love a walk-in shower!

The facility: Bar, dining room, breakfast room, guest room, all exceeded our expextations. Fantastic stay.

Nothing could be done at the time. I booked directly on line, had an unconfirmed booking. Felt uneasy so ended up booking through Booking.com. Busy life, blah, blah, blah, I missed the charge on my credit card through the website. Didn't realize this until day of stay. Too late to do anything. Lady at reception desk was the one that alerted me, and was 100% understanding, respectful and helpful, knowing there was nothing we could do the day of the booking. The place is so great, I didn't let it bother me

Wir hatten ein gemütliches und sauberes Zimmer mit Blick in die Berge. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Bar und das Restaurant sowie das Frühstücksbuffet waren gut.
