Was close to were I needed to be and close to beech front

The shower room had lots of damaged parts need fixing shower seem to only have 1 temperature room needs a bit of decorating

Not too far from the station on foot Welcoming staff Nice walk to beachfront activities, bars and cafe Room was clean and tidy Kettle in room with tea, coffee, sugar Reasonably priced drinks at the in house bar Nice atmosphere

Floorboards in entrance to room could do with a bit of tlc. Very creaky.

10 minute walk to South Bay. Pub was open until midnight on Saturday. £2.50 parking permit for 2 days (parking on roadside)

Due to the building being old, windows are not in the best condition

£2:50 parking disc great value.

Dirty hand towel Curtains falling down, holes in net curtain. Window could open but not hold open. Room roasting hot. Very run down and not a pleasant stay. View from the window the fire escape was dangerous to even try to use in the event of a fire

A good location a few minutes walk from south bay. Very cheap. Nice staff.

Small room, TV did not work, shower either icy cold or scalding hot. No breakfast.

Decent sized room, a good shower, and got hot water straight away. Street parking, but there were plenty of places available, permits available from the bar & at £2.50 for 2 nights very reasonably priced. Don't be put off by the fact it's above a pub, our room was right above the bar area but it was very quiet Oh & it's a really good bar, 4 cask ales to choose from.

The soft bed and clean towels

A very very dated shabby room. Carpets ripped and dirty. Windows looked like they could fall out. Single old glazed and didn’t shut properly. Bathroom was dark and old. All needs a big clean up, paint and windows sorted. The tv was on an old dirty pub table and the carpet looked like an old pub carpet too. Was a good idea location for the event we were going to. Staff were friendly just the room was dreadful. I’m not a person that pays a fortune for a room but I do expect a clean room with clean carpet and decent windows.

Nothing
