Good location for us visiting family. Very friendly staff, comfortable and clean room. Excellent breakfast

Personally we found the noise of the road disturbed our sleep.

Location out of Norwich centre and property did not respond when I asked about buses Rooms need up dating-new mattress would be advisable and new ensuite bin in double room. The property is also advertised as a pub but it is only limited as a pub, not open late and really just an eating venue, which should be made clear

Excellent traditional pub B&B. Great accommodation, really good fresh cooked meals and the staff are lovely. Definitely going back for a return visit.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, superb breakfast, excellent value for money.

I was the only resident on this occasion, so was completely alone in the building at night. A little unnerving, although an emergency number was supplied.

A delightful pub B and B with clean, modern fitted out room and an excellent breakfast. Staff were friendly and efficient.

I personally enjoyed the property being slightly away from the busy city of Norwich. It's quiet and secluded, and it was perfect for us. Coming from busy London, it's lovely being tucked away from most things. It's around a 20-minute bus ride to get into the city. The staff were fantastic and I mean every single one of them. We met the owner, too, who was most gracious in showing us around and giving the history of the building. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs a quiet break
