Friendly - amazing Breakfast - fast WiFi. Quite - great stay

Food is fantastic value for money. staff very freindly and acomodating

The evening meal and breakfast were good.

Not having an ensuite is ok but is a little inconvenient.

Fabulously comfortable bed with decent linen. Very friendly staff. Hot shower, clean towels. Good value for money. Didn’t have cooked breakfast so can’t comment, but it was available. Plenty of free parking.

Noisy - it’s on a crossroads so lots of traffic outside, plus constantly slamming doors inside. Steep, winding stairs to the room. Lock to the door doesn’t work properly - needs to be fixed. Strange stain on the bedroom wall.

All the staff were absolutely amazing, particularly with my little boy who is 4 years old. Very accommodating as we arrived quite late but we were given all the information to be able to check into our room no problem quite late at night. The bed was extremely comfortable and lovely, quiet location. The breakfast was absolutely amazing as well!

The bed was very uncomfortable. Our room and bathroom did need attention , Only had one small towel snd one bath towel between e people .

The food was great as always and lots of it. The restaurant was always full but staff made sure I was attended to even though I was on my own. There's lots of parking and the room was comfortable. All the staff were very friendly.

I have a slight mobility issue so find the stairs very challenging, including the steps in the room down to the bathroom. But I appreciate you can't do much about the layout, and I've stayed here before so knew what to expect.

We always stay at this place it's a really homely place The staff are amazing especially the lady who does the morning breakfast Excuse my words but I don't know her name she is an older lady with grey hair she has customer service down to a fine art , she absolutely lovely she knows her stuff !!!! Nothing to much trouble

We have been lucky to always get the ensuite room But this has now put us off due to the wet wall Also it smells musty and this plays on my chest I know they have tried to fix it but it is a damper for us And from the last stay to our last stay has gotten worse I would love to know when it's fixed as I would be back at a drop of a hat Sorry for this guy's but I are all amazing just need to fix the wet wall issue Sorry 😔 😔 😔

The pub wasn't very warm only one fire lit it was very cold when we arrived
