Air con units in neighbouring property was a bit loud
AUGood vibe, very clean, staff friendly, breakfast was very good. Evening meals are not served, if they were it would be appreciated. Our bed was the most uncomfortable bed ever.

the bed broke when we sat on it the first time (2 planks from the frame dropped onto the floor and the bed buckled beneath us). took an hour to get fixed. we were staying here after an arduous hike and were looking forward to a good nights sleep, but unfortunately the room was a furnace. it should be illegal to let out this room on warmer days - we couldn’t sleep the whole night. there was 1 minuscule fan in the room, however that was not functional either. checked out the next day more tired than when we arrived.

A little bit noisy but it was a bank holiday weekend, so probably to be expected.
GBWe had a spacious and light room. The room was clean, nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The pub kindly organised an early breakfast as we had to leave early to catch the boat to the Scilly Isles. There was some noise from the beer garden, as to be expected as it is a pub, however this stopped when the pub closed. Very good value.

AUIt’s a popular, and very old fisherman’s pub beside the docks that also attracts a party crowd on weekends. The breakfast is good and it’s possible to get free overnight parking nearby.
The rooms have been renovated, but the furniture is cheap. The rooftop room was like an oven until sunset, and the bed had to be reassembled in the middle of the night.
