Friendly staff

Railway line at the front of the hotel was noisy. Bar closed very early. Bed not to best for comfort.

Very friendly staff that thinks along with your wishes. The hotel is clean and has a very nice atmosphere

The train that is passing by can be somewhat loud

Meals we’re tasty and served on time/

Room was very/hot and overnight work carried out across the road meant for a disturbed night

Good value for money especially Dinner

A different room as I specifically asked for quiet room but was given road side so had Railway traffic every half hour throughout most of the night

Parking was easy. The bed was comfortable. Staff were welcoming at check-in. The whole facility is nicely decorated and very clean.

The trains that run all night, we hadn't noted the proximity of the railway lines on the map. Although when the address is Station Road, this should have been a big clue. The photos of the hotel rooms, dining room, and food give high expectations, which it doesn't quite meet in reality. Coffee and tea in the room but no biscuits.
