I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place was very clean, and I truly felt like I was at home. The customer service was top-notch—friendly, helpful, and always with a smile. The environment was calm and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and great hospitality!

There were a couple of small things that could be improved: the geyser was working, but the hot water wasn’t quite hot enough for me. Also, the table fan wasn’t powerful enough for the size of the room. But I managed with these, and they didn’t affect my overall experience much.

Few things need attention. Need to change the tap in wash basin. Bathroom door lock need attention. Dry bathroom where bathing area is covered is highly commendable.

An accidentally my phone and my friends sunglasses lose in your place. But you got action to send it me within 3 days. I'm so happy about that. That my friend was tourist. He also happy with your action.

You forgot to supply bath towels and soaps. We had to knocked you. Please be punctual on that.
