Location are strategic and good for money. Comfort and staff fast response.

Clean and organised, but not accommodating for big families. Pay a little more and have more space, Solo travellers and couples would find it very nice and perfect for its cost.

Location was close to the city center, staff was very helpful and considerate. We rented a motorbike for two days and minimal effort, much appreciated.

Walls are a bit thin, sometimes a little bit noisy.

Shower was not working, after complaining to the reception they blamed the government....

Nice room with large windows and comfy bed. Good location with lots of great malaysian food nearby. Not near the bar area, though there is a nice little bar round the corner. Good value for money.
