staff is helpful but note that they will not present physically at the premisses all the time and during night you might be alone in the hotel, if there are no other guest

Booked in Aug 24, The room was too small and not clean, even there was spider on the blanket and spider web around dustbin in the room, there was smell in the room, washroom door locked broken, the washroom is so small that it is really difficult to take the shower. not recommended for family, we were alone in the hotel, the staff is only present for limited time, not feel safe as there was no staff was physically present at the hotel and only a glass door as main entrance for the hotel, have to leave the hotel and stayed on some other place.

Only the location

old bathroom with a damaged door. There is no cabinet for clothing. The table provided was very old. No window (not stated during booking that there is no window). The room size was very small

The air con worked

Ants in room, bathroom hose leaking into a bucket that flooded the bathroom 4 times a day.. They didn't tell me about this when I checked in. I paid the same price as I did for a nicer room in Pantai.. Overpriced for what it was.
