I did not have breakfast and was not aware it was available. I ate dinner in the pub, and food was very good.

Tiny room with twin size, uncomfortable bed. Very hot, no tv. No staff around. Grumpy man helped me get key out of lock box. Very hard to carry my suitcase up steep stairs -- no offer of help. Duvet cover was too short and did not cover feet in bed. Mattress was yellowed. I was very worried about bedbugs, but did not have a problem. Blanket at end of bed seemed dirty. Very isolated location.

Great staff and good clean rooms

Nothing really. As an old building, the rooms would always have limitations

The quiet atmosphere, the attractive location, the warm and comfortable, clean and tidy room. The free upgrade from a thoughtful customer service team.

The slightly too small shower cubicle.

We expected the room to be comfortable, warm, decent bed and drink making facilities. All met without being excellent.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The evening meal was mostly fine.

There was no breakfast available, although the booking.com website said there would be breakfast. The room did not have an easy chair and the TV didn't work. The Wifi was very unreliable.
