Lovely room, clean and really comfy bed. Self check-in and check-out really easy and convenient.

Parking was good, access to the accommodation was good.

Bed uncomfortable, room 4 , stairs filthy, bathroom..no bin, staying for 4 nights just one tiny bottle of shower gel each. Had to go out and buy. Noisy bathroom light. Not double glazed. So very noisy road. 4 nights and no replenishing of tea bags, coffee etc. We had a dreadful situation on the last night when it sounded like roadworks outside but in the room, we tried to contact the owners on 2phone numbers but no luck. We knocked on the next room door and they were equally traumatised simply awful this went on from 11 pm to 6-30 am. Contacted owner on return to France by telephone to report this and the fact they were not answering their phones..attitude was somewhat indifferent to say the least. I do not normally leave negative feedback but prefer face to face discussion, however the owner was not around when we left. If this is the kind of property ? Booking.com are promoting on their website I may look elsewhere for my visits to the U.K. . If you want a really wonderful experience try The White Hart at Holybourne which is by far superior and a real joy to stay at. Sadly they could not accommodate us this time. No doubt the response from the owner of The Three Horseshoes will be defensive and unapologetic.

Room was a little small but it did have en suite so was ok

When we arrived there was no welcome we was told we came in the wrong way in the room WiFi didn't work when ever we put the light on in the bathroom the fan made a Loud noise bed was uncomfortable

Room was nice and the wife thought the bed was the most comfortable one she's slept in

Check in we like to see someone Face to face

The food and beer was very good. The room was very clean, so was the bar area.

My only very small problem was the internet connection was poor. But it was nice not to see everybody on their phones!

Nice place, clean and comfortable rooms, pleasant staff and good food.

1st night they had a pub quiz in the bar, there were only three teams playing, it’s not a big place and they had the mikes turned up so loud that conversation for those eating was impossible, most of the place emptied out within 15mins of the quiz starting. 2nd night no quiz nice meal and proper conversation around the table.

Ease of access to rooms
