Hotel is a little 'tired' but staff really friendly. Room was OK, bathroom small and shower needs attention - ended up with water everywhere as shower curtain not fit for purpose... Breakfast good.

Need a bedside table on both sides of the bed. Shower/curtain needs attention.

Everything. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and there was a free tot of whisky in the room. Location is excellent for looking around the area and is literally yards from the Orkney ferry. We had a harbour view and loved just watching the fishing boats come in and unload.

Nothing to not like.
