We had a lovely 3 night stay at The Old Registary in Haworth. On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly lady who helped us check in. The staff we encountered over the weekend were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was cooked to order every morning, good quality ingredients and it was delicious. We also had booked in for a meal with Slow Kitchen which uses the dining room 3 nights a week. W ould recommend this as a dining option, exceptional food and service.

Plug in the bath had no chain to pull out so it got stuck in :( Sorry we didn’t see anyone when we left to report this to.

It was in a good place

There was no food or a bar. Mini bar was mega expensive. Toilet seat was loose even after being fixed which pinched your bottom. Bed was lumpy. No where to hang any clothes

The fact that it's an old building is very beautiful but there are a lot of things that needed fixing and wasn't acceptable. No blinds on the bathroom Window, which is directly online with the flats across the road even though there was a large curtain to pull across it didn't really seem Acceptable even if they put frosted plastic on the window to obscure the view that would have helped massively . The building itself is a lovely building and the lady when we booked in was very helpful.

There were no staff around to tell them About the lock and handle which was broken on our door the key was struggling to unlock the door to gain entry and then trying to exit it was was not much better, I even deemed as a fire risk. There was no table in the room. There was no small table in the bathroom. The shower was nice. The toilet made such a loud noise when you flushed and when you were pulling the chain the water would overspill from the system and then it would make a grinding noise which is quite loud. On exiting there was no one there to hand the key in to. But it was nice stay. I think of all these problems got sorted. It would be very very nice, but I'd say it was about a two star thank you.
