Hard to get luggage upstairs

Staff were fantastic. Made us welcome and looked after us whilst we enjoyed the great pub food, beer and atmosphere.

The option of a cooked breakfast would be nice but real effort had gone into providing an alternative and we understand why operationally this would be hard to provide. Loads of other breakfast options in town so we didn't go hungry.

Limited parking when I arrived but once someone moved I was able to park but caused me some minor stress

Always a pleasure to stay at the Tap. Right in the middle of Abingdon, good grub, good beer, an entertaining Tuesday quiz ( even if we didn't win), and a toastie warm room

Just one side light a bit brighter would help those of us with older eyes! I had to use my phone light to apply my makeup

Room was a bit cold as radiators not working

Plenty of self serve breakfast of good quality. Beautiful room and will definitely stay again.

One of the lamps tripped the mains so electrical testing required. But that's it!

Good location- pub staff friendly and helpful.

Room was cold. Shower was cold or boiling - no happy medium
