"Friendly pub with great staff in a good location."

Excellent location, nice quiet village. Great breakfast, set me up for the day. Very friendly pub with nice locals to chat to. Landlady, Mary was really helpful and friendly.

Room was a little too warm at night.

The private bathroom for the twin room is a short walk along the corridor next to the staff room/office so didn’t feel private.

"Perfect village pub with friendly staff and good food for a short stay to visit the surrounding area in Deal and Dover."

Nice quiet location within 15 mins drive from Dover and Deal. Friendly helpful staff. Quiet outside area at the rear of the pub which was nice to have a drink in the sun after our days out. Nice food for the evening meals and an excellent breakfast which was included in the price.

Rustikal und ursprünglich, sehr herzliche Aufnahme, eben ein echter Pub im ländlichen Kent.

Eben ein 400 Jahre alter Pub, dadurch enge Gänge, steile Treppen.
