It’s lots of stairs I needed the exercise!!

What a great view! Lovely room.

It would have been great to have another comfortable chair on the balcony besides the hammock so both of us could be comfortable out there. Thats only because we spend a lot of time on the balcony.

Esta muy limpio todo, en excelente estado.

Me hubiera gustado que tengan telas mosquiteras en el alojamiento ya que si se sienten muchisimo los sancudos, pero en general todo estuvo genial

The location was interesting with a nice view over the beach in Zipolite

The public facilities- kitchen and toilet were really dirty and mouldy. The room that we were given at first which was slightly more expensive than the basic option smelled VERY damp, which was impossible to air out after 24h. We complained about it, were offered a change to a cheaper room, and offered the night for free. At the end of our stay we did expect to be reimbursed for the night however we ended up being ghosted and after taking it up with the Booking support were encouraged to find understanding with a support number of the accommodation- who I think was the owner. After talking with him via WhatsApp he lied that we were staying 3 nights than 2 and that included the free night. And that he has the video recording of us on the third night, so we asked him for it and ended up being blocked. We never got any refund for this and left with a bit of a bad taste as the conflict could have been handled differently. Moreover in the room that we changed to after we came back home from a dinner and prior to that we have closed all of the windows- we found tarantula in our room. Which just confirms that the place is not checked or cleaned thoroughly.
