"NO Experience with Property"

The location of the property is very hard to find. The layout of the property was nice but the bed was too small for 2 people. We ended up not staying and booking a different accommodation closer to the beach.

"Quite nice place for the money, a bit too far to beach for my preference."

Super comfortable bed. Spotless. Nice and comfortable chairs and table. Best night sleep I've had in Mexico - no joke! Bring a white noise machine, there are roosters and dogs (like everywhere else in Mexico), the little white noise machine worked like champ!

No hooks or bars to hang towel or clothes :/

"A beautiful hotel in Paradise."

Clean hotel, friendly staff, beautiful view!

Some of the other guests are messy and did not do their dishes - but that is not the hotel’s fault. Maybe a sign could be put up in the kitchen, reminding people to wash their dishes.

"Superb"

Carlos was super helpful, everyone was very friendly and the room was super clean and well looked after. The cleaning every two days was unexpected but a nice bonus! An amazing view on top of everything else!

"Great place to disconnect and enjoy nature"

We had great views from our balcony, and aircon in the room! It was a lovely and calm place to disconnect - in the hottest part of the day we just relaxed in the hammock watching the birds and listening to the rustling trees in the breeze. The kitchen is really well-equipped and Carlos, the host, was friendly and helpful! There are little shops nearby and a great taqueria at the end of the road (recommended by Carlos).

It was a little further out of the main town than other places, but we didn’t mind the short walk to the beach and it meant it was lovely and quiet.

"Great hideaway in zipolite"

Amazing views, very friendly staff and comfortable room. It was also very calm and relaxing. The beach only 10 mins walk.

The access is quite ruff especially with luggage

"Calm, good value for money and very comfortable"

The staff, Carlos, is amazing, very responsive and helpful and it’s one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in Mexico(have been traveling for more than a month now). It’s 8-10 mins walk to the beach but it’s a safe and easy walk. If you stay in one of the sea view rooms, the view is amazing
