Great atmosphere, comfortable rooms and excellent food. The Riverside makes for a very enjoyable short break, and a base for walking and exploring Herefordshire/Shropshire.

Beautiful location and facilities and whilst the room was bijoux it was lovely. The wellness area and massage were amazing and the food outstanding.

The food was excellent, the ingredients very fresh and there was a good choice of healthy options I could have eaten my way through the menu. The staff was excellent, nothing was too much trouble.

Not so much a complaint about the hotel, more a complaint about rural England on Sundays: I would have liked the bar to be open another hour.
