The place is beautiful. The food was exquisite.

Some staff were quite fabulous but some surly and not what I’d expect. I think staff make or break an experience. Eying facilities and beauty. That’s why I gave it a 7. One of the bar men and the cleaner I would Give a 10 to though.

"Lovely pub, but the customer service once provided has disappeared."

This is a beautiful pub with nicely done rooms.

Interaction with guests is very bad. It feels like staff members hate their work and they are outright rude to customers.

"Very enjoyable"

All very clean and well equipped, including bath robes. Quite the pleasant surprise. Excellent restaurant as well. Small private patio was nice.

Only suggestion would be to paint a reflective line along the edge of the wheelchair ramp - hard to distinguish in low light. Also provide an extra blanket. Took the underfloor heating a while to warm up.
