Excellent location.

The pillows were too Hard.

Spacious rooms, clean, and easy to get in and out of. The location is great as you are close to most attractions and restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The apartment building was very loud! All night there were people playing loud music, screaming, and arguing all night. Cant fault the tenets for this however did make it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Room is spacious

Major problems are the location and the service. Location: There is no easy public transportation to the airport, downtown, or the convention center if you are here for work. Nominally there is one bus going downtown but the most convenient stop in downtown is removed so that doesn't help. Also it is a hard to find location without any signs (sorry to say but looks like going out of business soon?) in a sketchy neighborhood. Service: you cannot store luggage and pick it up after 4pm (or indeed if you meet any other problem or need anything after 4pm), which is a major inconvenience. It seemed like an easy problem to solve (e.g. giving guests temporary access to a storage space etc.) but the staff did not seem to care. The only room condiments in the bathroom is one tiny bar soap and uses up quickly. You are left with nothing on day 2 if you don't bring your own.
