Pendle Inn

The property was on fire when I arrived. Closed for one night. I was promised a refund by them but now my emails are being ignored. Booking.com have also not helped.

Good location ideal for walks up Pendle Hill.

Dissapointing stay needed to ask for teabags only coffee in room.Also big chip in coffee mug and no plug for bath! Mirror in bedroom too high and far away from plug socket.Message sent first morning through app but no response and room not refreshed so had to ask in the bar who were very helpful and gave us fresh milk for our tea.Paintwork grubby. Have stayed in better facilities for less I'm afraid.

Lovely compact chalet with mezzanine bed. Little kitchen area and good size shower. Bedroom really good with rear window and deluxe in roof xx Reserved parking outside chalet.

Couldn't access tv and sky channels as hdmi lead was damaged......staff were unaware but didn't ruin our stay

Shower was mouldy Clock didn’t work TV didn’t work No teaspoons ( but there was a potato masher!!!) Very basic and expect more tbh

Toilet door didn't close, plug missing from bath, no towels, not very clean, room wasn't available for check in at the agreed time until over 2 hours later! Tv didn't work properly, front door had gap in like a dog had chewed it!

Location was good

Rooms were tired in a poor state of repair and not very clean. Walls were paper thin and we were kept awake until 1am by the people next door. The inn had experienced a fire unfortunately in the kitchens and should have told us in advance so we could have prebooked food at the pub next door or changed our booking. We tried to book at the next door pub for dinner when we arrived and couldn’t her the time we wanted.
