"Good B+B spoiled by expensive dinner"

B & B good as expected

Evening meal very expensive -once standard dinner is dearer than B+B it is wrong. Because of lack of facilities near to hand cost of meal seems to bne enhanced by lack of facilities withi8n ca 15 minute walk

"Love the G&D"

After very long journey there as our half way stopover from fishing far north, can relax on the terrace or in the bar where our dog is allowed. She’s totally pampered at the G&D. Then off to comfortable bed followed by delicious breakfast before the next leg.

"Welcoming hotel with delicious food"

Pretty room ,kind and friendly staff ,great food very welcoming to our large friendly dog

Traffic a little noisy at night,but it was hot and we had the windows open, very convenient as a stop off on our visit from Scotland being close to the motorway ,so more of an observation .
