Rose and Crown Hotel

Was a nice building, it had a restaurant attached which served Indian food. Food was lovely.

Beds were very hard, like sleeping on concrete. Tv was blaring very late at night. Has to go ask for our beds to be changed and room to be cleaned. Bed maker had gone home we were told so made them ourselves. No control over heating in room.

Location it was perfect for visiting my family If your visiting Haverhill this hotel is in a good spot.

Cleanliness and urgently needs an upgrade. We did not have a cleaner coming in for the 4 days we were there and the place was freezing, gave us a spare radiator but we popped out for two hours and when we returned someone had turned it off. The main radiator in the room was only turned on at certain times Very disappointing as it was so cold.

Dirty, unsafe. dirty sock covering the smoke detector, cobwebs everywhere, blood on the wall, no lights working, cold and no heating. Didnt stay, looked in the room and left immediatly.
