I had a beautiful room ("Beck") in a beautiful old building with period features and bags of charm. My bed was very comfortable. My shower room was immaculate, with an easily operated shower & nice fluffy towels. I had lots of hot drink options. Two really comfortable chairs, plus a desk for my diary catch-up (always a bonus) No breakfast, but I did have dinner downstairs... great menu, quality local produce, impeccable service, one of the best dinners I've had in recent years. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Beautiful room, immaculate bathroom, comfy bed. Staff very friendly and food in the pub excellent.

Only slight issue was the outside door which was slammed when people came in and out. Apart from that it was perfect.
