L’emplacement, la décoration des chambres et des parties communes, la gentillesse de la manager Charlotte, l’aide apportée par deux membres du personnel pour un problème de chargeur

La lenteur dingue de service au petit-déjeuner, ne serait-ce que pour un café. Personnel clairement en sous effectif à ce moment de la journée. La baignoire à l’ancienne de la chambre 5, ravissante mais inutilisable pour une douche sans inonder la salle de bains

Clean, comfortable bed, nice towels, good shower, I really couldn’t fault the room at all. Location is great for the park and ride bus into the city.

The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and well presented. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The location was excellent for the park and ride into Bath.

Room was great, lovely view of river. Bed and pillows very comfortable and room was clean.

Bathroom had a slight smell.

The room was fantastic and nice friendly feel in the pub and restaurant

Although the balcony was beautiful and so was the view the cooking smell and cigarette smoke from the pub below meant I didn’t sit out until really late. I appreciate that the hotel can’t do anything about that though.

Food and service excellent and location.

Das Zimmer ist mit so vielen Details eingerichtet, der Blick aufs Wasser einfach herrlich. Das Personal ist besonders herzlich und hilfsbereit. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt!

Der Kissenbezug auf dem Sessel könnte mal ausgetauscht werden, ansonsten haben wir nichts zu bemängeln!
