Très belle décoration dans un environnement magnifique en bord de rivière. Le personnel est très sympathique avec un bon restaurant.

Notre chambre donnait sur les évacuations du restaurant engendrant des bruits continus de moteur et des odeurs de friture.

Property looked amazing, great location and parking. Everywhere was clean Unfortunately booking.com didn’t send out reservation through to the hotel and they were full, so they provided us with complimentary drinks, offered us food and within 5 minutes had found us alternative accommodation close by and completed covered the cost and gave us complimentary bottle for the journey. They were just so so amazing at sorting out something that wasn’t their fault. I just know if any issues were to arise they would deal with it it the same AWESMONE manner. Highly recommend the staff here for going over and above. Looking forward to staying next time we are in bath.
