Excellent location, great parking, really lovely room with a fabulous balcony and views over the river

Possibly too popular - had a long wait to check in since this involved waiting in line at the bar for a staff member to be available. That said, there were plenty of staff, all were conspicuously well trained and polite

Location was wonderful and the room was well appointed with good supplies and decoration. The terrace was lovely.

There was a slight smell in the room and when on the terrace the adjacent room occupants’ cigarette smoke came over and around the screen.
