The room was good with views over the river

Our greeting on arrival was somewhat poor. However bar staff and waiters were lovely and friendly. Dinner was good and we enjoyed breakfast. Sadly we had to leave after one night due to an emergency at home

I liked the location, the room theme, and the decor.

The Themed wallpaper was starting to peel off. The balcony could have been set up better. This is not a criticism but we both said it would have been amazing if we could have had lunch on the balcony in the room

Also handy for the EV chargers at the Park and Ride just down the road.

It’s a great location, a few minutes walk to the park and ride, so easy to get in and explore Bath. The room had everything we needed for a short stay, comfortable bed, good sized bathroom and refills of tea and coffee. The room was very clean and well maintained with a beautiful view of the river. The pub breakfast was very tasty.

Friendly staff and great service . Rooms are clean and very comfortable. . The location is amazing!!

No iron in room , however when I asked for one within 5 minutes it was sent to room. Which was great .
