The Boathouse

Our room was overlooking the river with a fabulous balcony. We had a dog friendly room which was spacious, clean and cosy with a kingsize bed which was so comfy.

Even though the breakfast was basic it was nice but our evening meal was cold, chewy and basic pub food with a huge price tag.

Perfect place near Bath, park and ride near location. Makes it very easy to visit Bath attractions.

Great stay , loved the property and facilities

Chosen for its location, riverside and Park & Ride it was so much more! It is definitely a superb location and totally convenient for an easy bus ride into town. The room was a late booking, rear of the building, but fine, clean, comfortable, plenty of refreshments with extra available on the landing. Super toiletries. Nice decor. The pub is brilliant. Atmosphere lovely. Good drinks. Food superb. The weather was unexpectedly good and the second night they were overwhelmed with customers. I think every table outside was full and there are loads! Despite short numbers they kept their cool, carried on service and frankly were amazing. Service was a bit slow, but we were well looked after. They should hold their heads up high after a shift like that! If you're heading to Bath this is great place to stay.

No ordinary bitter, only citrus beers (yuk), but larger was ok. Wines great too. The shower rail was malfunctioning and wouldn't stay up top. Crikey how minor are these!

The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Staff all friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious and a very good breakfast Great location - can walk into Bath from here or park and ride 2 min walk from hotel

A brilliant stop over just on the outskirts of Bath. Private parking available, wonderful building overlooking the river, cosy pub feel with quirky and fitting decorations. Our bedroom was great, a comfy big bed, spacious bathroom and we were happily greeted by a cute wee (toy) hedgehog on our bed! We didn’t take advantage of the pub below which we massively regret so we’ll just have to come back again soon :)
