Ella Rawana Den Hotel

Se réveiller avec les chants des oiseaux n’a pas de prit. Extérieur avec un view sur la nature . Le chambre très comfortable avec , grand sale de bain . Très bon petit déjeuner traditionnel, a changé tout les jours ( on a resté 3 nuits) . Les route très pointu pour arriver à l’hôtel , le personnel à nous à aider avec les bagage. Très bon recommandation de ménager pour visiter les endroits eu peu caché, pas trop touristique

This hotel does not qualify as 3 star hotel- just about 2 star!. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is situated very high up,so not suitable for older people. They told us they would get a Tuk Tuk, so that is good. No place to hang clothes in the room..

The rooms, view and location were great! Breakfast was really good and was slightly different every day which we liked. Staff were brilliant and made a real effort to help where they could. As the property is on a very steep hill, they even helped drive our tuktuk up and park it so that we didn’t have to. Sampath made an exceptional effort on the day of one of our birthdays and made us a private breakfast on the roof top along with a birthday cake. He even told us some history of Ella.

The only thing I can say is I would have preferred to be given fresh towels after 1 or 2 days but honestly it didnt really matter.

Kleines Hotel. Saubere Zimmer. Ventilator. Super Moskito Netz über dem Bett. Sehr schöne Aussicht und freundliches Personal. Zimmer ist geräumig und es ist alles vorhanden. Sogar eine Kinderzahnbürste für unser Baby lag bereit. Thank you. Ganz großes Dankeschön für das Lunchpaket das wir trotz vorherigen Frühstück für die Zugfahrt bekommen haben.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb vom Ella Zentrum. Trotzdem hört man bis Nachts um drei Uhr die Party aus dem Zentrum. Wie die Schinkenstraße in Mallorca... Schade, dass Ella so verkommen ist. Aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts. Am ersten Tag hat uns das Frühstück enttäuscht. Nachdem wir unsere Wünsche geäußert haben, war es am zweiten Morgen viel viel besser. Danke!

The staff were very friendly and helpful with some issues. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was tasty and very generous.

The main problem with the hotel is the location, which it up a very steep hill so even that tuk-tuks don't want to go up there. The road is also very narrow, so the car couldn't get up there and we had to walk. This would be ok for fit, healthy visitors but I was travelling with my mother, who is 80 years old and really struggled with it.
