Location was convenient for us as we were visiting someone living in Hayle. Room (2) was a good size and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.

Our room was over the bar . The first night was karaoke night, which we didn't want to take part in but which we found a bit noisy. Two problems in the bathroom: 1. shaver socket didn't work 2. Couldn't see how to get the shower working ie: to change the flow from bath tap to shower head. We raised both points with staff but still neither worked on second day.

Location great for our needs. Breakfast very nice and filling

Friendlier staff as were quite rude to strangers. Couldn’t get a hot chocolate in evenings due to machine being cleaned. Surely that have a back up plan for customers
