The scruffiness of the entrance on arrival. When I booked the rooms I wasn’t expecting to be in an outside area in the scruffy car park where there was lots of rubbish. There were ants everywhere in the room. There was no daily cleaning of the room , I had to ask for a waste bin as there was none in the room. The shower flooded the floor as the glass needed sealing. The only good thing was the breakfast

Super comfortable room and beds are clean. Feels cozy too. Nice breakfast too. Parking is convenient.

The hot water supply for shower wasn’t stable. I needed to take cold shower during my stay.

Very clean everything you needed, all staff were great.

Booked a table after viewing the menu, went to sit down and told the meals wasn’t available, so had to leave and find somewhere else to eat.

The room was a little tired but quite comfortable. The room was on the second floor which was a bit difficult due to our age and imfrmaties. The bar was very noisey

The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was loud karaoke in the bar area until very late at night which wasn’t advertised on the booking website and we had children who were kept up by it as it came through floors loudly.

Location was perfect, just a 30 minute walk to the beach. Room was lovely with everything we needed. Staff were helpful and very friendly will definitely visit again.
