La Maison Demers

To find this location at this price point was amazing. We booked the superior double room, quaint with tons of space and your own wrought iron balcony in the old city.

Un emplacement génial au plein centre de la vieille ville, avec en plus de la chambre une terrasse très agréable. Un hôte très sympathique et disponible, qui veille à la propreté quotidienne des chambres et salle de bain.

ケトルはあるがマグカップやお茶は無い。代わりにワイングラスはある。5月で日中は過ごしやすかったが朝夜冷えても、自分でヒーターは付けられない。

The owner had coffee, tea and sometimes juice available sometime around 7AM. It was conveniently located to many restaurants and near to the main square and historic sites. It was quiet. The room was large with two beds, a table and chairs and had glasses, a refrigerator, a sink (it was a shared bath), plenty of towels, a couple of robes and a hair dryer. The shared bath was not a problem. We all seemed to have varying schedules and the water was always hot. The owner provided umbrellas and directions when needed.

The location was great-within walking distance of Old Quebec. The room was large. The beds were comfortable.

The building is old and worn.

First of all we liked everything the moment we entered the hotel, from the welcoming of Mr.Mark to his guidance to our room. Secondly, the room size, cleanliness and features exceeded our expectations, it was more than enough for our stay, specially the heating in this cold weather as well as the towels, the robes and many more. We're really thankful and grateful for Mr. Mark for how helpful he was. One thing was a bit not the best : the mattresses of the beds were not the comfiest, so our nights were okay for our stay. Last but not least, if you're looking for a place to stay with budget friendly and close to everything by walking distance , we really recommend "La maison Demers", it will be your best choice.

Location, location, location. Wonderfully positioned in this beautiful old part of Quebec City. A very helpful manager.

Idéalement placé pour profiter de Québec à pied !! Le propriétaire est de bon conseil .

Cloisons de la salle de bain et des toilettes qui ne va pas jusqu’au plafond, cela laisse une sensation de manque d’intimité.
