Super Lage. Freundlich. Sauber. Bett bequem. Für den Preis ok. Einrichtung etwas älter, aber ok. Besitzer hilfsbereit, es gibt z. B. Stadtplan und Informationen. Waschbecken im Zimmer. Gemeinschaftsbad mit Dusche und Toilette sauber. Ich hatte einen schönen Balkon. Schönes altes Haus in der Altstadt.

WiFi hat nicht funktioniert.

Title: Worst Experience – Discrimination, Overcharging, and Unacceptable Conditions We are a Korean family traveling to Quebec, and unfortunately, we experienced clear discrimination, overcharging, and terrible conditions at this accommodation. First, I booked online through Booking.com for 2 guests (because there was no option for 3 guests in the system) at the price of CAD $230. Upon arrival, I explained we were 3 people, and the host asked for an additional charge. I accepted and paid CAD $142 including tax. However, on the checkout day, the host demanded another CAD $130. We tried to communicate in English and even used Google Translate, but the host kept changing their words and it felt like they were trying to cheat us. In total, for 2 nights, we ended up paying around CAD $500. Second, the room conditions were unacceptable. We were given a room on the 3rd floor while white guests were assigned to the 2nd floor. In our room, the air conditioner was leaking water all night, and my mother could not sleep because of it. She even took photos at dawn to report it online. The tissues in the room were also full of dust, showing no care for cleanliness. As someone who has lived in Toronto for over 3 years, I was deeply embarrassed and hurt to experience such racism in front of my parents who flew 13 hours from Korea. This ruined our trip to Quebec and left us with the worst memory. In the photo, it may just look like we placed a towel, but in reality, we had to use the trash bin to catch the leaking water. Sur la photo, on pourrait croire que nous avons simplement mis une serviette, mais en réalité, nous avons dû utiliser la poubelle pour recueillir l’eau qui fuyait.

The location was convenient to local food, gift shops, and historical sites. Great price. The location was quiet. The manager was helpful and kind. Keys are given to enter the property so you can come and go.

We stayed on the third floor. There is a shared bathroom. Which we didn't know about when booking. Some rooms have private bathrooms.

La ubicación, la limpieza, la calidad de las camas. El propietario ha sido muy amable.

El baño es pequeño aunque funciona bien. El único problema a consignar es que se accede por un escalón incómodo y algo peligroso.
