Lo staff è stato molto gentile da subito, avevo due valige da 20kg l'una e me le hanno sempre portate loro fino in camera, che si trovava al secondo piano senza ascensore. La struttura era abbastanza tranquilla, nonostante fossero solo 7 camere notturne ai piani superiori di un pub ristorante. Bella vista.

La struttura sembra molto vecchia, dunque è molto umida e ho avuto freddo, soprattutto i primi due giorni. Poi ho usato una stufetta in dotazione e la situazione è migliorata, ma comunque il termosifone del bagno non scaldava (fatto presente allo staff ma non hanno fatto nulla). La stanza presentava delle crepe sul muro e gli infissi delle finestre facevano passare molta aria, dunque dovevamo coprire con le tende per non avere freddo. Le tende erano piene di polvere, da sotto il letto ogni tanto usciva della sporcizia. Consiglio di attaccare degli appendi asciugamani sia in bagno che fuori, io usavo la tv per appoggiare i vestiti. Nota importante: il signore più anziano una sera serviva al ristorante (gestiscono entrambi) e, dopo avergli detto di essere allergica al pomodoro, mi ha presentato una zuppa di pomodoro con pezzi di pomodoro crudi dicendo fossero carote. Ho dovuto prendere l'antistaminico prima di stare male, consiglio di non dire bugie tanto per vendere un piatto (me lo ha fatto pagare). Il resto dello staff delizioso.

Close to Birmingham airport, large car park. Staff & restaurant great.

Small room, but adequate for an overnight stay. Inaccurate website, says a breakfast box is available for early flights, it isn't. Also parking & shuttle to airport, parking is, but have to arrange taxi yourselves. Delete the website!

The customer service was exceptional, nothing ever too much, location was gd. Location was gd for me. Even a bus stop right outside.

The bathroom needed a coat of paint and the hot water needs to be constant.

Close to NEC as this was our aim . Good amount of parking . Good breakfast.

Sink and shower drain away slow probably needs a servicing If upgrading anytime, please put double sockets with usb charger points integrated.

Location excellent for NEC. Food good and staff could not be more helpful

Slight noise from roads and from creaky floorboards and stairs from earlier rising guests. Would not put me off staying again
