Actually didn't stay put off with the welcome. Had arranged with the owner to check in at 3pm was met by an abrupt employee who said check in 5pm and banged door closed. Eventually he phoned the owner who confirmed earlier check in. Because of the unwelcoming welcome checked out the room which looked basically clean but a damp musty smell pervaded

Didn't like that they charged me for not staying there and Booking.com for even advertising this property

Welcoming, clean, good breakfast and good location to friends and town

Very well presented, and sufficient for my needs

I alway like to have a hot plate for hot food and I dont' think this was the case - sorry...........

We stayed over for a family funeral. The Wake Buffet we chose to hold here too.. A JOLLY WISE choice too. Super it was, gluten free well & truly sorted for our that were. Loads of food too. We dined in the restaurant too, it was SUPER food also.

Not a great 5g signal on ee, nowt as they have any hand over.. We had to use the wifi and Whatsapp to keep in touch in the room..

When arriving all the staff were extremely friendly and very polite. Bar seemed friendly too lots of smiley faces. Staff insisted in carrying my suitcase from the car and took them to our room. Room was clean and of a very good size. A modern bathroom with shower and fluffy white towels and toiletries. Bed was very comfy with crisp white sheets. The restaurant attached to the bar was extremely well organized and our meals were delicious, we were both too full to try out the desserts. We are so glad that we used the restaurant as its the best meal we have had in a long time. There's a lovely garden as well to sit and enjoy your drinks. We will defiantly be going back to this B & B again the staff were amazing.

There was nothing to dislike all good!
