Lovely little in. Room was spacious, great shower and all really clean. Breakfast offered in the common area, where you fix yourself something. Staff absolutely lovely. Only 25min walk to Queen Margaret University and two minutes to the beach

On the junction of a busy road so noisy - had to open windows as very warm night and no fans or air con - could do with triple glazing if could keep them shut
