Tunjung Hill Cottage

Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Direkt vor den Zimmer befindet sich ein Pool mit Liegen. Der Ausblick ist schön. Ruhige Lage zum Entspannen.

Das Hotel liegt auf einem Berg, bis zur Hauptstraße mit Restaurants sind es 15min zufuß. Also Roller leihen schon fast Pflicht. Der Gastgeber wirkt etwas unorganisiert. Beim Frühstück gab es 3 Tage lang nur Pancakes mit Sirup.

Toller Pool und super Aussicht

Het is een mooie accommodatie, schoon en hygiënisch. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en deed alles voor je. Zo regelde zij continu de taxi voor ons en wanneer we water waren vergeten. Is de medewerker van de receptie dit nog voor ons gaan halen.

De accomodatie ligt iets verder weg, dus hier moet je rekening mee houden. Het is hierdoor wel lekker rustig!

Propere bungalow, leuke locatie met mooi uitzicht op zee en het prachtige zwembad. Vriendelijk personeel.

Het ontbijt was erg basic De bungalow ligt op een hoogte en met een steile en slechte weg dus een scooter is wel echt nodig. De leuke strandbarren liggen ook wat verder.

Bardzo ładny bungalow z widokiem na morze. Mega klimatyczny basen, doskonałe miejsce na wypoczynek w ciszy i spokoju. Personel rewelacyjny, w szczególności Kross( jeśli tak się pisze jego imię) - bardzo uczynny i pomocny. Bardzo przyjemny pobyt, szkoda tylko że tak krótko.

The view is awesome and the staff is very helpful. It’s possible to m order food from the closest restaurant without taxes. It was really taste.

It’s on a hill, the pool had a lot of bleach, it gave me allergy, because I have a sensitive skin. The breakfast was quiet poor.

Het zwembad was heerlijk. De mensen proberen je een gevoel van warm welkom te geven.

De locatie wordt matig bijgehouden. Kleine dingen in of aan de villa was kapot. Het ontbijt eenvoudig. De tuin werd hooguit wat aangeveegd. Rondom de locatie was het een rommeltje. Zowel de route ernaar toe, als de tuin. De parkeerplaats en een locatie daarnaast leken nog wel in aanbouw.

Geweldige gastheer ! Vriendelijk personeel. Deden alles om het naar je zin te maken. Hielpen bij boeken ferrytickets , vervoer, etc. Mooi zwembad met nu wel verlichting in het zwembad ‘s nachts en wel een koelkast in de kamer !

First of all: we've been low budget backpacking through South East Asia for half a year and usually sleep in very cheap and shabby places. This time, we wanted to treat ourselves with this hotel. Instead, it was a nightmare. 1. Ants in every single breakfast: every day, we found many ants in our scrambled eggs, our juice, our tea, our coffee... no meal without eating ants. I know, ants are common in SEA, but please: we paid 30€ per night. Take better care of your kitchen! 2. Absolutely no wifi in our room: we told the staff right when he showed us the room. He smiled weirdly. Silence. No wifi for us... 3. Dirty pool: I don't mind a bit of dirt or some insects in pools. BUT this was different. The whole water surface was covered in insects. No chance to dip your feet in without catching like 15 insects. So we couldn't even use it. 4. No water dispenser but also no shops nearby: every hostel we stayed in in Indonesia had a water dispenser. Even the 4€ hostel in Ubud (and no ants in their breakfast). So basically, you need to buy many water bottles near the beach (which is quite far away) and carry them up all the way. 5. Weird staff. We don't understand the reviews calling the staff "friendly"... I mean, they weren't rude but that's it. As I said, no help with wifi, water or ants. One night, we went hours without running water. This wasn't a big issue for us per se BUT rather how they handled it. In total, we walked up to them 7 times to ask about the water until they would finally get of their phones and check. Before, they would tell us "5 minutes", "10 minutes" and do nothing about it. After two hours of trying to make them check, they finally found out something was broken and had to be fixed. Also, no excuse. Honestly, the 4€ hostel in Ubud was so much better than this quite expensive hotel...
