Comfortable room, great Riverside terrace, great restaurant, food very tasty. The Hotel manager is very welcoming, and very helpful

The location is a bit remote, but the facilities at the hotel compensate for that.

Nice property on the Mekong River. Nice views. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Located in nice area near shops, nightlife, and temples.

The vibe and ambience is nice. Loads of menu choices including vegetarian options. The view of the river and accessibility to local attractions.

The sewerage smell in the bathroom and the low height of the shower.

Food, bed…nothing to complain…cable tv needs a little attention.

The bed was extra comfortable. Not once did I wake up in the middle of the night as I usually do. The staff was very friendly, especially the manager. The food in the restaurant was diverse and excellent. The view of the river and the quaint atmosphere of the property was very good. While my cons list is long, it is detailing some of the little things that mounted up. Overall, I would return to this hotel if I needed to return. Most people go to this town for visa runs to the Thai embassy. There is not much to see and do otherwise.

My first day was quite a "bumpy" experience with some service issues. After a discussion with the manager, it went to the other extreme with the staff seeing me and trying to provide over the top service. I was told that there was a meeting with the staff in regard to my concerns. I just hope they afford the same service to every customer and not just to me. I was in room 4A and the internet just does not reach the room well. I usually had to go sit in the restaurant or on the outside deck to get internet use. For those who expect a 5-star hotel, lower the expectations to about a 2- or 3-star hotel and you will not be disappointed. Overall, the room was clean, with the exception of a severely stained shower curtain that really needs to be changed. Also, they do not provide amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste, so prepare to go out and get them. The manager was able to get me reasonably priced transportation when I needed it.

Absolutely wonderful place! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Right on the river, comfortable beds, AC worked good, and the food/drinks were delicious! Get the banana coffee — so delicious!
