The restaurant was closed during our stay and it seems we were the only guests. Thus, it was very quiet (which was good). The hotel is within walking distance to the river walk activities.

Location was good right on the banks of the Mekong with river views to Thailand . Good food market 1km away , Laos very cheap.

Only hotel I know that closes for a Sunday so no breakfast or restaurant fend for yourself. Noisy Aircon , Many ants in the room . No milk or whitener product available for Tea. 2 sachets of coffee, no tea available lucky I always take my own . Breakfast very limited.

It looked like rooms were made with a chisel not saw. The showers were a mold infested toxic zone. Dangerous looking guests that looked like they just got out of prison.

We love the view, it's right by the river. Staff were super nice, especially Joe. Joe connected us with a wonderful taxi driver who got us to our next destination for a decent cost. The foods and coffee were delicious.

The tiny red ants everywhere in the room.
