What a fabulous find. It was a one night stay on my travels. This place came recommended and didn't disappoint. Lovely staff. Stayed on hottest day of year so far. Quiet and peaceful and everything possible done to try and keep the room cool. Didn't eat dinner. Needed to set off before breakfast served at 8, so can't comment on food. However restaurant was busy on the evening and lots of local people eating, which is always a good sign.

We were in a loft room on an exceptionally hot day and the room was far too hot and uncomfortable. The bed had a thick winter quilt on it which we took off.

Great breakfasts, great dinners, great beers, fantastic staff that were so friendly and welcoming. A very nestled pub and bed-n-breakfast that really made the trip feel so special. The pork belly dish, and the super food salad with chicken were incredible! Thanks to everyone!

Not a thing.

Sehr gemütliches Zimmer, zwar viele Stufen zum Zimmer, aber alles recht neu und ansprechend. Sehr freundliches Personal und tolle Gaststube. Wir hatten im schönen Garten (hinter dem Haus) ein Abendessen, das Essen war sehr gut! Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Staff were all very friendly and welcoming, the service was good, and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening meal and breakfast! Nice garden area to sit out and enjoy.

Very welcoming staff. Dog friendly. Fantastic food. Comfortable bedroom with spacious bathroom and complimentary toiletries.

Located next to a busy road through Long Compton. Our bedroom was located on the front of the building and hence some road noise throughout the night.
