"Great pub and delicious food. Wonderful quiet village for a restful, relaxing stay."

Gorgeous, friendly pub, amazing food and solid menu, outdoor play area for children, situated in a uniquely beautiful village. Close to Dark Sky Site for star gazing.

Short flight of stairs to access rooms (upstairs) which can be awkward with heavy luggage, but luckily didn’t pose a problem for us this time.

Lovely staff, great food, nice bustling pub in the evening to get involved with, cosy and quite fireside breakfast and relax before heading out for the day. Stayed in single occupancy bedroom and it was perfect, cosy and comfy.
