Inexpensive There was a TV!

It said there was breakfast and there wasn’t. I wasn’t crazy about using the bathroom that was located outside.

Room was older and out-dated, but clean. Bathroom was obviously a later add on, but it was clean and convenient. We're too old to do the shared bathroom thing, so having our own was key. Owner (?) was very responsive when we had an issue with our cable. Location was convenient to Wrangell NP.

The property was a hotel and a bar - pretty sure it was the only bar in town, so lots of people who weren't staying there were there for the bar. It was pretty loud outside each day, though it did generally quiet down.

Quiet location off the highway. The room was small, cozy, and perfect for a single traveler. There is a good restaurant and a coffee shop within walking distance, just a couple of minutes down the street. There is a bar on the property that serves refreshing local brews and has a pool table and deck outside. The included breakfast is decent.

The shared bathroom facilities are a little rough and could use some sprucing up.

If you want to have a drink in authentic Alaskan pub and have a place nearby to sleep over, then this is the place.

The place is next to the bar/pub and we had quite some action in the yard, could not really sleep.

A worn out place, cramped rooms, soft beds, dirty bathrooms . This place has charm and could be nice but lacks someone who carea. Very dirty, very torn. The mosquitoes were a pest, the staff non-attentive.
