"Exceptional value stay"

Exceptional value. Ideal base for Ipswich and surrounding area. Quiet for being above a pub/ restaurant. Nice continental breakfast provided in hallway outside rooms.

"Great Stay"

The room was comfortable and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Its a real bonus having fresh milk in your room.

You couldnt see out of the window in the room.

Location was great for me, room comfortable with all you needed. Bar and restaurant/ food very good with a nice atmosphere.

No cooked breakfast until late but they did provide a selection cereal which was a nice idea. Location to the train track, early morning trains woke me up.
