Nothing stayed in wrong hotel on arrival taxi dropped me of at othe unmanned hotel across roadno access to west brae until 17:30 on Friday stood outside from 13:30 calling

Access was not good toilet disgusting kitchen dirty room very small and wardrobe had someone else's clothes in never seen any staff for duration of my stay should be refunded for Thursday night as I had to pay for other hotel

Its close to bus stop The people were king to me.

I didn't like the appearance and the heater is not warm in the room And the WiFi is poor network.

"The location is good and price is reasonable. It's just there's no contact person and no instruction"

There is no one to open the door and there was no instruction how to get in the property. My daughter waited for 30mins outside freezing weather.

No instruction on how to enter the property. No emergency contact person.
