The host was so gracious. Made my brother food late at night when we arrived. They served fresh breakfast and coffee as well, it was fantastic.

Rustic, good location from the airport. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. We were offered good food and even given a lift to collect our hire car, which we would not have found otherwise!

The owner dimitris welcomed us like family. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable for families. We stayed one night to use the airport, but I think we should stay longer than that. We can experience the great houses and feel warm and comfortable as if we were staying at a friend's house. Breakfast is also full of love. Even the milk for the corn flakes is warmed and thoughtful. I am filled with gratitude to the chef who made it. Dimitris has a warm heart and teaches us many important things in life. Very meaningful stay. Thank you!

Dimitris made sure we started our time in Crete with everything we needed and even took time to recommend with a map the best places for activities. He showed us the kind of Greek hospitality you hear famously about, and we felt extremely welcomed on arrival despite it being very late. Helped us pick up our car from the rental place and fed us breakfast. You will not regret staying here and you’ll remember it forever.

The owner is absolutely incredible! Greeted us with drinks and snacks and made us breakfast in the morning that was amazing. Would stay here again without a doubt!

Amazing place to stay! Very welcoming and responsive host who went out of his way to make me feel welcome with drinks, a surprise (amazing) breakfast, and a lift to the airport bus. If you are only staying in one place in Chania, it should be here! I hope I'll have the pleasure of returning here again.

We had a really nice stay at Pazinos and Dimitris it's the best host ever. He is so friendly and helpful and the communication with him is very quick and friendly. He welcomed us with cold drinks and we had a nice chat together. Even that we arrived so late, Dimitris was there for us and let us feel immediately like home. Nothing to complain

Very clean and accommodating. They let me check in early: loved how I felt at home and they even have breakfast and dinner!

This place is a hidden gem! Everyone was as always how Greeks are, friendly, kind and treated me like family. I had a layover and they were nice enough to check me in earlier. Demitiri treated me like I was family. The room was clean and they even serve food. A must stay! He even gave me some fresh cactus pears

The property looked like it was straight out of a storybook. The little apartments and the restaurant area was so cute and enclosed. I really felt at home.
